Churchill Downs' Antitrust Suit Stays On Track

Law360, New York (March 24, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal district judge has refused to toss an antitrust suit brought by thoroughbred racetrack operator Churchill Downs Inc., giving the green light to a case against two horsemen’s groups that stand accused of conspiring to raise the amounts they receive from off-track betting.
