Law360, New York (April 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court has revived a long-running antitrust suit against several major oil companies after ruling that a California Supreme Court decision dismissing a similar case brought by retail purchasers alleging a conspiracy to drive up prices does not bar gas wholesalers from pursuing their claims under a different theory.
