Columbia Gas Can’t Conspire With Sister Co.: Judge

Law360, New York (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Columbia Energy Services has been dumped from an antitrust lawsuit just before trial, with a judge ruling that the company cannot conspire with sister corporation Columbia Gas Transmission Corp., also known as TCO.

CES is off the hook in the case, Judge Robert C. Chambers said in a ruling issued on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, which granted a CES motion for judgment on the pleadings.
