6th Circ. Shouldn't Review Cintas Sex Bias Ruling, EEOC Says

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 4:38 PM ET) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Friday slammed Cintas Corp.’s bid for a full-bench review of the Sixth Circuit’s reinstatement of a consolidated racial and sexual discrimination suit, rejecting its argument that the decision improperly expands the EEOC’s enforcement power.
