Pittsburgh Hospital Workers Win Conditional Cert.

Law360, New York (July 08, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has granted conditional certification to a limited class of workers at the Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh, making the group the third to gain certification in a suit challenging the meal break policies of a Pittsburgh-area hospital system since May.
