Law360, New York (July 28, 2009, 4:05 PM ET) -- Retirees of DuPont Co. have filed a putative class action claiming the company has systematically miscalculated pension benefits for recent retirees and done little to fix the problem.
The complaint, filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, was brought by five former DuPont lab and plant workers who claim the company has mishandled retirement benefits for workers who retired after Aug. 1, 2008.
