Judge Says DirecTV Must Use Plaintiffs' Search Terms

Law360, New York (August 07, 2009, 5:55 PM ET) -- A federal magistrate judge has ruled that a satellite TV provider must produce e-mails and other electronic documents for discovery using the search terms provided by its former technicians now suing for overtime pay.

U.S. District Judge Sally Shushan of the Eastern District of Louisiana on Friday denied a motion by DirecTech Southwest Inc. for reconsideration and clarification regarding the search terms.
