Judge Nixes Sanctions Against DOL In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (September 03, 2009, 12:51 PM ET) -- A federal judge has reversed a decision granting the Washington State Department of Corrections’ request for sanctions against the U.S. Department of Labor in a legal battle over pay practices at the state agency, calling the ruling a “manifest error.”
