EEOC Voices Strong Support For ENDA Legislation

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009, 2:16 PM ET) -- The acting chairman of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Wednesday pledged strong backing from the Obama administration for long-delayed legislation that would prohibit employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.
