Wells Fargo Tech. Workers Seek Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 3:25 PM ET) -- Three former technical support workers for Wells Fargo Bank have asked a judge to conditionally certify a putative collective action in one of a slew of suits claiming the bank violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Former Wells Fargo employees Martin Lewis, Aaron Cooper and Anissa Schilling moved Sept. 23 for conditional certification of the FLSA class in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
