Judge Greenlights JPMorgan Pension Case

Law360, New York (November 01, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Departing from the reasoning in a recent closely watched decision involving International Business Machine Corp.'s cash-balance pension plan, a federal judge on Monday refused to dismiss a similar case in which former employees at JPMorgan Chase & Co. alleged that the bank’s plan was age-discriminatory.
