Senate Builds Support For Same-Sex Partner Benefits

Joe Lieberman, I-Conn., and his colleagues are pushing for action on a twice-delayed bill that would extend full benefits to federal employees' same-sex domestic partners, in an attempt to boost the government's image among younger workers.
