Judge Trims Clifford Chance, S&W Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (October 27, 2009, 7:37 PM ET) -- A federal judge has extinguished a series of claims against Clifford Chance US LLP and Sullivan & Worcester LLP in a $75 million race discrimination suit brought by a lawyer who used to work at the firms, but allowed a breach of contract claim against Clifford Chance and an employment discrimination claim against S&W to proceed to trial.
