Law360, New York (November 07, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A racial bias lawsuit against Merrill Lynch & Co. heated up Monday when 16 current and former African-American employees filed a motion to join original plaintiff George McReynolds in the case.
McReynolds, a broker in the firm’s Nashville office who started at Merrill Lynch in 1983, will now have company as he presses ahead with his charges that the firm engages in systematic and pervasive discrimination.
