Law360, New York (April 20, 2004, 12:00 AM ET) -- Software maker Portrait Displays has filed a copyright infringement and trade secrets misappropriation lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against EnTech Taiwan and two EnTech employees.
The suit claims that EnTech and the two employees, Bryan Speece and Ashley Saldanha, who formerly worked at Portrait Displays, have misappropriated code from Portrait Displays' copyrighted Display Tune(R) software program and are now marketing and selling the infringing code in EnTech's product "softOSD."
