Sullivan & Worcester Says It Shouldn't Face Bias Claim

Law360, New York (November 10, 2009, 1:22 PM ET) -- Sullivan & Worcester LLP has asked a judge to reconsider a decision that left the firm facing a bias claim from a black lawyer who said she was wrongfully terminated because of her race.
