Law360, New York (November 20, 2009, 4:31 PM ET) -- A federal judge has again ordered uniform manufacturer Cintas Corp. to try to settle a lawsuit in which it was sued by the widow of a factory worker who died when he fell into an industrial dryer at a Cintas plant in Tulsa, Okla.
