Avis Fails To Move FLSA Suit Out Of NJ

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 5:31 PM ET) -- A federal judge has decided not to dismiss or transfer a putative collective action that accuses rental car company Avis Budget Group Inc. and two subsidiaries of misclassifying their airport managers in order to avoid paying them proper overtime.
