More Execs Look For Work In Wake Of Options Scandal

Law360, New York (November 27, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Two top executives of Affiliated Computer Services Inc. have resigned following an internal investigation into the backdating of stock options, the company announced Monday.

Affiliated Computer Services Inc. said that CEO Mark A. King and CFO Warren D. Edwards resigned after an internal probe found they had violated the company’s code of ethics. The company has already filled their positions.
