Law360, New York (December 22, 2009, 6:01 PM ET) -- A lesbian attorney fired from Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP has filed a $50 million lawsuit against the firm, claiming that higher-ups did nothing to stop sexual advances from a firm partner and retaliated against her for complaining of harassment.
Former corporate litigator Julie E. Kamps filed the complaint against Fried Frank Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Manhattan, she said.
