Judge Affirms Ouster Of Counsel In Robert Half OT Suit

Law360, New York (January 07, 2010, 4:58 PM ET) -- Overriding objections, a federal judge has booted Boston-based plaintiff-side employment firm Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC from an overtime suit against staffing company Robert Half International Inc. based on the firm's hiring of an attorney from Seyfarth Shaw LLP, which represents the defendant.

Judge Rya W. Zobel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Wednesday signed an order overruling Lichten & Liss-Riordan's objections and affirming that firm's disqualification due to its employment of associate Sarah Getchell.
