Law360, New York (January 08, 2010, 3:58 PM ET) -- Outback Steakhouse of Florida Inc. has agreed to pay $19 million and revise its employment procedures to settle a putative class action filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accusing the restaurant chain of engaging in a pattern of sex discrimination against female workers.
