Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 6:02 PM ET) -- Jackson Lewis LLP plans to open a new office in Baltimore on Monday, stocked with four local employment partners and five associates from DLA Piper who cited their former firm's sky-high billing rates as motivation to jump ship.
Richard J. Hafets, formerly the head of DLA Piper's Baltimore labor and employment group, heads to Jackson Lewis as managing partner of the new office, bringing along fellow labor and employment partners Larry R. Seegull, Brooks R. Amiot and Emmett F. McGee.
