Crowell & Moring, Ex-Worker Resolve Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (March 03, 2010, 2:48 PM ET) -- Following a federal judge's ruling that a 54-year-old former Crowell & Moring LLP employee could not voluntarily dismiss her age discrimination suit against the firm, the parties have agreed to end the suit through a stipulation of dismissal.

Mona R. Saunders and her former employer entered a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
