EEOC Loses Bid To Keep United ADA Suit In Calif.

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 5:09 PM ET) -- Following the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's failure to persuade an appeals court to stop the move, the agency's case accusing United Air Lines Inc. of discriminating against disabled employees has once again been transferred from the Northern District of California to the Northern District of Illinois.
