Md. Power Cos. Hit With Wage-&-Hour Action

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 5:51 PM ET) -- A former employee of two Maryland power companies has filed a proposed class action on behalf of thousands of workers, alleging that the utilities failed to compensate them for all hours worked.

The ex-worker, Richard Wagaman, filed suit March 2 against his former joint employers Potomac Electric Power Co. and Utility Lines Construction Services Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
