Aon Accuses Marsh Of Stealing Workers, Clients

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 6:15 PM ET) -- A unit of Aon Corp. has sued its rival, Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc., and three former employees for their alleged “collective efforts” to misappropriate Aon's trade secrets and poach clients from its trade-credit insurance business.

Marsh and Michael Kornblau, former senior executive of Aon Trade Credit, orchestrated a lucrative raid of Aon employees and clients through the misappropriation of trade secrets, Aon Risk Services Northeast Inc. said in a complaint filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York....
