Visteon Retirees Ask To Stay Health Care Termination

Law360, New York (March 19, 2010, 7:02 PM ET) -- Visteon Corp. retirees will face ruin if a federal court does not halt the bankrupt company's plan to terminate their benefits, their union said in an emergency motion.

The court should stay an order authorizing Visteon to end the health care benefits pending an appeal, the Industrial Division of the Communications Workers of America, the IUE-CWA, said in a motion filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
