Law360, New York (March 31, 2010, 2:09 PM ET) -- A federal judge has signed off on a settlement that brings an end to a Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuit against tire retailer TBC Corp. and remunerates dozens of plaintiffs who claimed they weren't paid for overtime hours.
Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp's ruling, entered Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, noted that one remaining plaintiff, Franz Biene-Aime, did not agree to the terms of the settlement and dismissed his claims without prejudice.
