Law360, New York (January 08, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A union representing 2,700 workers at Harley-Davidson Motor Company has opposed an arbitrator’s decision that the motorcycle maker did not violate its collective bargaining contract by outsourcing work.

Tyson Lodge No. 175, District 89, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, which represents workers at the Harley-Davidson plant in York, Penn., filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania on Thursday.
