Law360, New York (April 16, 2010, 6:05 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has asked lawyers in a case challenging the authority of the National Labor Relations Board to submit briefs on how the recent appointments to the labor board affect the case.
The high court issued an order Friday asking the parties to file supplemental eight-page briefs by April 26 on the impact of President Barack Obama's March 29 recess appointments of Craig Becker and Mark Pearce to the bare-bones board.
