4th Circ. Grants UAW's Bid For Rehearing In Retiree Suit

Law360, New York (May 07, 2010, 1:23 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has voted to reconsider its February reversal of a lower court's decision to toss a suit brought by Chrysler assembly plant retirees alleging the United Auto Workers union caused them to lose out on a $70,000 voluntary retirement package.
