US Chamber Wants To Join NMB Union Rule Change Suit

Law360, New York (May 25, 2010, 3:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is looking to enter a suit that challenges the National Mediation Board's decision earlier this month to revamp a labor rule to make it easier for rail and airline unions to organize.
