Law360, New York (June 01, 2010, 6:35 PM ET) -- Thomas Benjamin Huggett, a former Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP partner specializing in Occupational Safety and Health Act cases, has joined Littler Mendelson PC.
The employment law firm announced Tuesday that Huggett has joined its Philadelphia office as a shareholder.
Huggett had been at Morgan Lewis since 1997 and made partner in 2006. He has regularly represented management in OSHA and Mine Safety and Health Act matters, including inspections, litigation and negotiations with federal and state agencies.
