Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 7:15 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Friday consolidated two putative class actions brought by strippers at The Penthouse Executive Club alleging the club failed to pay exotic dancers minimum wage and overtime and confiscated a portion of their tips.
Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York consolidated the separate actions, one brought by Leslie Liwanag and one brought by Stephanie Carattini and Nicole Hughes, all exotic dancers at the famed New York City adult nightclub.
