Law360, New York (July 02, 2010, 10:57 AM ET) -- A federal judge has signed off on a $62 million deal to resolve two derivative actions against Comverse Technology Inc. over an alleged backdating scandal, awarding $9.35 million in fees to the plaintiffs' counsel from Milberg LLP, Barroway Topaz Kessler Meltzer & Check LLP and Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP.
