Law360, New York (August 02, 2010, 2:56 PM ET) -- Workers who filed a putative class and collective action accusing celebrity chef Mario Batali and Babbo Ristorante Enoteca of digging into their tips have come back for seconds, filing an amended complaint that added several more restaurants to the roster of defendants.
The amended complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, added claims against Bar Jamon, Casa Mono, Lupa Osteria Romana, Otto Enoteca Pizzeria and Tarry Lodge.
