'Late Night' Stage Manager Says Gender Got Him Axed

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 7:42 PM ET) -- A former stage manager for the television show "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" has filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York Division of Human Rights alleging he was demoted because of his gender and fired after complaining about it.

Paul Tarascio, who spent 14 years as a stage manager for “Late Night With Conan O'Brien” before Jimmy Fallon took over the NBC Universal Inc. show, was canned by executives March 18.
