Law360, New York (August 05, 2010, 2:43 PM ET) -- A federal judge has given final approval to a $24.2 million class action settlement by Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC over allegations it underpaid and underpromoted thousands of female sales representatives.
Judge John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off on the agreement Tuesday evening, according to one of the plaintiffs' attorneys from Sanford Wittels & Heisler LLP, who was present at the hearing.
