Ex-Exec Hits Diddy With $12M Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 02, 2010, 6:20 PM ET) -- A 51-year-old former executive at Bad Boy Entertainment Inc. has sued Sean “Diddy” Combs for $12 million, alleging the hip hop mogul fired her from the label because of her age and a disability.

Francesca Spero accuses Combs of violating the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and state anti-discrimination laws when he booted her from her long-standing position at Bad Boy, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
