Law360, New York (October 08, 2010, 3:18 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board has said it issued 315 decisions during the 2010 fiscal year — a 20 percent jump from fiscal year 2009 — and has handed down new decisions in 70 of the 96 cases that were pending in courts when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in June that the board lacked authority to rule with only two members.
