Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 4:15 PM ET) -- Two former officers of Merge Healthcare Inc. have gotten the company's lawsuit against them over legal fees thrown out because the case lacked enough of a connection to federal securities law.
Judge J.P. Stadtmueller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin on Friday granted a motion to dismiss filed by the defendants, former President and CEO Richard A. Linden and former Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer Scott T. Veech.
