BofA Sues Ex-Employee For Defection To Wells Fargo

Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 2:34 PM ET) -- A Bank of America NA unit has launched a trade secrets suit against a former employee who allegedly vowed to “turn out the lights” at one branch by taking its employees and clients to rival Wells Fargo & Co.

Wealth manager Mark J. Bukowski violated Virginia computer crimes and trade secrets law when he convinced co-workers and clients to defect from a Roanoke, Va., branch of U.S. Trust, according to a suit filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia....
