Judge OKs New Claims In Tyson FLSA Class Action

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 1:30 PM ET) -- A judge has agreed to allow plaintiffs in a collective and class action accusing Tyson Foods Inc. of denying overtime wages to add new allegations to their complaint based on events that occurred after they filed the suit.
