Attorneys Brace For Surge In Sex Bias Class Actions

Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 4:41 PM ET) -- Despite the Democrats’ failure last week to move forward with the Paycheck Fairness Act, gender discrimination class actions alleging pay and promotion claims are gaining steam and could be the next big wave of employment litigation, according to attorneys.
