Law360, New York (December 02, 2010, 6:35 PM ET) -- Heller Ehrman LLP has leveled two dozen more lawsuits against its rivals, alleging they benefited from improper business transfers when they snapped up attorneys from the bankrupt firm.
The adversary proceedings against O'Melveny & Myers LLP, Sidley Austin LLP, McDermott Will & Emery LLP and others were lodged Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California by Christopher D. Sullivan of Trepel McGrane Greenfield LLP on behalf of Heller Ehrman's liquidation vehicle.
