Law360, New York (December 07, 2010, 3:07 PM ET) -- A federal judge has kept alive Graco Inc.’s long-running trade secrets, breach of contract and unfair competition suit against rival Gama Machinery USA Inc., a former employee of a Graco subsidiary and others stemming from a 2005 acquisition.
Judge Freda L. Wolfson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey dismissed the defendants' two motions for partial summary judgment on Monday, saying they'd offered "no evidence or argument to show their entitlement to a dismissal."
