Judge Wants Terms Disclosed In Tyson Don, Doff Deal

Law360, New York (January 28, 2011, 2:39 PM ET) -- A federal judge has said he will not approve a settlement reached between a class of factory workers and Tyson Foods Inc. in a consolidated donning and doffing action without publicly disclosing more information about the agreement.
