Law360, New York (February 08, 2011, 5:04 PM ET) -- Engineering firm URS Corp. has settled its suit accusing six former employees of violating company code by defecting to competitor SynTerra Corp. with client business and confidential company information.
Judge J. Michelle Childs of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina issued a dismissal order on Monday, saying the parties had advised her that the suit had been settled.
If the settlement isn't consummated in 60 days, either side can petition the court to reopen the matter, the order says.
