Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 12:40 PM ET) -- Ikon Office Solutions Inc. has sued two former employees and their current employer for breaching nondisclosure agreements by allegedly stealing sensitive company information, including client contacts and trade secrets.
The suit, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, alleges that John Kolacinski and Robert Hornbeck, along with their current company Myriad Litigation Solutions LLC, misappropriated trade secrets and engaged in acts of unfair competition.
